Refund policy
Due to the craftsmanship of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We’re happy to review any cancellation requests, but please note they aren’t guaranteed. Because we work quickly to get your order into production right after it’s placed, cancellations may not be possible once the process begins.
To submit an inquiry, head on over to the Contact Us form then proceed with the following prompts:
1) Enter your name, phone number, and email address associated with your order
2) In the "Your Comment" section enter your inquiry details (if applicable, include your order number in this section)
3) Upon entering your details in the comment box, click on the "Submit Contact" button to send us your inquiry
4) Ensure you receive the following message "Thanks for contacting us. We'll get back to you as soon as possible." This message confirms your inquiry has been sent
You have completed the inquiry form! Your request has now been sent and is being reviewed. We'll respond to your email address that was entered in the contact form as soon as we can.
Items returned to us will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any form of refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Store Credit
Once the Contact Us form has been submitted, we'll let you know if a store credit was approved or not. If approved, you may utilize the store credit on your next purchase. Please note that in order to redeem your store credit you must be logged into the same customer account that was used for the original purchase. Customers who are issued store credit have seven years from the date of issue to redeem the credit.
Store Credit Balance
The store credit balance can be found on your customer account:
- Log into your customer account
- Click the icon in the top right corner of the screen that displays your initials
- Click the "Profile" tab
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll find the "Payment Methods" section which displays the balance of the issued store credit
In order to improve your chances of receiving the store credit option please submit the form within a maximum of 14 days.
