Typically orders have a delivery time up to 8 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that items will not ship on Sundays.
During the holiday season, order process times may vary. During this time, orders may take longer to process and couriers are often delayed. Please be patient as we try our best to work on your order promptly.

Due to the craftsmanship of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Orders may be cancelled within two hours of placement. After this time, cancellations are not accepted. All inquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
